- Cancellation fee: £0 (free) if within the allowed window.
- After booking is made, rota/work schedule is arranged for our staff. Late cancellation affects staffing and planning.
- To protect your booking, we will send a 6-digit OTP to your booking email address to confirm cancellation.
- OTP expires in 10 minutes. For safety, resend is available after 10 minutes.
